Arrive from 1:30 pm. We’ll celebrate in the barn, then move outside for drinks.

Arrive at the farm
Follow signs to the courtyard. Ushers will point you towards the barn.
The ceremony
Please take your seat by 1:55 pm. The ceremony will last about 40 minutes.
Drinks in the garden
Champagne and soft drinks on the lawn. We’ll gather family groups for photographs before dinner.
Dinner in the Great Hall
Find your table below. An usher can help if you need a different seat.
Dancing in the barn
The band starts at nine. The flagstone floor is happiest with flat shoes.
Carriages
Last orders are at 12:45 am. The guest shuttle leaves from the top of the farm lane.

Getting here
Coldharbour Farm sits a mile down the signed lane from Hensbrook village green. Parking is beside the barn.
The guest shuttle collects from the village green at 1 pm and returns from 11 pm.
Places to stay
On the village high street, a five-minute walk from the green. Sample room rate: £140 a night.
Two miles outside the village, with gardens and a pool. Sample room rate: £195 a night.

Dress and shoes
Garden formal. Wear a suit, a dress or a jumpsuit you can dance in. Bring a layer for the evening.
Children
Children are welcome. Please include them in your reply so we can plan their places.
Food and allergies
Include dietary requirements with your reply. We’ll share them with the caterers before the day.
Gifts
Your company is enough. There is no gift list.
Wet weather
We’ll hold the ceremony and drinks inside the barn if it rains. Keep an umbrella in the car.
