request the pleasure of your company on Saturday, the twelfth of June, two thousand and twenty-seven at Coldharbour Farm, Chipping Campden, the Cotswolds
The Day
Guests arrive — 1:30 pm
Make your way to the barn and help yourself to a welcome drink. Find a seat on either side; we'd love you to sit wherever feels right.
Ceremony — 2:00 pm
The ceremony takes place inside the barn and lasts around thirty minutes. Confetti (biodegradable) will be provided at the door for afterwards.
Drinks & photographs — 3:00 pm
Wander the walled garden while we disappear briefly for photographs. Canapés and cold drinks will be circulating throughout.
Dinner — 6:00 pm
Doors to the dining barn open at 6 pm. A three-course meal will be served, with welcome speeches before dessert.
Dancing until 1:00 am
The band kicks off at 8:30 pm. The bar closes at 12:45 am and the venue closes at 1:00 am. Taxis should be booked in advance.

Getting Here & Where to Stay
Coldharbour Farm is on the B4081 between Chipping Campden and Mickleton, GL55 6PS. The nearest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh (10 miles), with regular services from London Paddington via Oxford.
Accommodation
The Noel Arms, Chipping Campden
A coaching inn on the High Street, 10 minutes from the farm. We have a reserved room block at the wedding rate. Quote 'June & Theo' when booking.
Charingworth Manor
A country house hotel two miles from the farm with a pool and spa. Rooms fill quickly in June — book early. No group rate, but mention the wedding for a warm welcome.
Taxis: Campden Cars
We recommend Campden Cars for transfers between the village, hotels and the farm. Book in advance for the return journey — last orders at 12:45 am means everyone leaves at once.
Dress Code
Garden formal. The barn and flagstone floor make block heels or kitten heels a wiser choice than stilettos. Layers are wise — June evenings in the Cotswolds cool down quickly. Please avoid ivory or white.
Good to Know
Children
Children are very welcome — there will be a supervised activity corner during dinner and a lawn for running about. Please let us know your children's ages and names when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Gifts
We have everything we need for our home and would not want you to carry anything on the day. If you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, there is a link below — but truly, your presence is the gift.
Dietary requirements
Please let us know of any dietary needs, allergies or intolerances by 1 May 2027 so our caterers can plan properly. You can note these on your RSVP or email us directly.
Parking
There is a free car park on site. Please do not leave a car overnight without letting the farm know in advance. Spaces are limited — we encourage carpooling from the hotels.
Getting home
No minibus is arranged, so please book Campden Cars (01386 849 849) in advance for your return. The last taxi wave leaves at 1:00 am.
